Ibis El Jadida Hotel

Location is great, right on the seafront. The walking promenade was safe and enjoyable. Rooms were clean and provided a nice view. A good spot for those into outdoor activities like surfing. The staff were eager to help and responsive to requests.

The hotel was fairly clean with good and marvellous location to town centre El Jadida and modern rooms. Really enjoyed the room with a great bed, my bed was good. The staff was courteous the entire time. Location: the venue was right by the beach and Ocean, and the garden. The attached restaurant and 24-hour bar were also available...

That swimming pool was missing.

Chowed on lekker local food every night. Staff were super friendly, always smiling and keen to help out. The room was clean and the bed surprisingly comfy, really caught me off guard!

Breakfast was a bit basic, could use some variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location is perfect, right on the Beach Promenade. It was so convenient to have the beach just a few steps away. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were amazing. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great bed that ensured a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a nice variety of delicious food.

While I had a fantastic experience overall, I did find one small aspect that could be improved upon. However, everything else was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

The hotel boasts a prime location close to the stunning beach and with beautiful views to it. it features a lush garden area and the town center is in a short distance, offering a great opportunity to explore its diversity.

The housekeeping left much to be desired, and some rooms were not properly cleaned.

The location and close proximity to the beach were great features. The hotel also had a nice swimming pool that was enjoyable on a hot day. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The Christmas influx of guests seemed to overwhelm the hotel's management. The room was not properly cleaned, and there were stains that made it appear quite unsanitary.
